This is the one of those alpha moves that I have been looking for over the last year or two. Somewhere to plow my cash that can produce some insane returns. This 100% can be replicated by anyone with two caveats: it needs to be in a specific area that is prone to vacationers and you need to figure out how to do it yourself. I’ll elaborate later. I may need to break this up into two newsletters. The first going over the exact niche and the second, how to do it yourself.

I give out a lot of free advice on Twitter but this will not be one of those times. Why? A) Because I am personally doing this one immediately B) I don’t need every lurker on the internet trying this and being my competition and finally C) There are quite a few revealing details about me on this one and I still like the semi-anonymity I have. This one is big and this is one area in Real Estate that I am extremely excited about.
